Youty Group – Due Diligence Report 2025

About the Company

Youty Group is a Nordic e-commerce company operating in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. We offer products in beauty, health and wellness, with both online and physical store presence. Our head office is located in Stockholm, and our team includes employees across office, logistics, customer service and retail. The company is subject to the Transparency Act as we meet the thresholds for revenue, balance sheet total, and number of employees.

1. Due diligence assessments

We follow the OECD Guidelines for Responsible Business Conduct and have carried out an initial risk mapping of our operations, including the supply chain. Our ambition is to identify, prevent and address adverse impacts on human rights and decent working conditions.

Our process includes:

  • Internal HR routines, policies, and regular employee surveys that monitor work environment and well-being.

  • A recruitment process free from discrimination, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.

  • A whistleblowing system that enables employees to report concerns about ethical or workplace issues.

2. Results of the assessments

Based on internal assessments, we consider the risk of human rights violations in our direct operations to be low. We have clear policies addressing:

  • Gender equality and anti-discrimination

  • Physical and psychosocial work environment

  • Compensation and benefits

  • Work-life balance

  • Parental leave and absence management

We also have a Supplier Code of Conduct included as part of our contracts. It sets out expectations related to human rights, labour conditions and business ethics. All suppliers commit to this when entering into agreements with us.

3. Measures implemented

  • We monitor employee well-being through monthly eNPS surveys, sent to all employees, including those on temporary contracts, to ensure a comprehensive picture of the work environment.

  • Performance Development Dialogues (PDDs) are held twice a year between managers and employees.

  • At our warehouse, we operate in line with Swedish legislation and relevant provisions (AFS), following the principles of Systematic Work Environment Management (SAM):

    • Incidents and accidents are logged and reported to the Swedish Work Environment Authority when applicable.

    • Risk assessments are conducted during significant changes and documented digitally.

    • QR codes are available for easy reporting on-site, or employees can notify management directly.

    • Quarterly reviews are conducted by the health and safety representative and management, based on a structured protocol.

    • All new employees receive a mandatory safety introduction and fire safety briefing, which they sign off on.

    • Our property owner is responsible for fire safety systems, including direct alarm connection to emergency services.

  • Managers are trained in ethical leadership and responsibility.

  • We actively work with employer branding and competence development to ensure a sustainable and attractive workplace.
